Please note that we want to maintain the outstanding peace and quiet of the countryside on our site, so before enquiring or booking make sure you have read and understood the conditions of use below: Thank you.

  • Earliest arrival/check in time is 2pm and departure time is 12noon (Unless prior arrangements have been made with owners)
  • We do not accept large party bookings. Maximum bookings of 10 people (larger groups such as walking parties/Duke of Edinburgh expeditions etc may be accepted with special permission from the management)
  • Noise levels should be kept to a minimum at all times- annoyance to other guests is not acceptable, which includes excessive use of bad language and music. All guests must respect that others may have children, dogs or wish to sleep early so……
NO NOISE DISTURBANCE WILL BE TOLERATED AFTER 11PM
  • All BBQ’s and stoves are to be kept off the grass to ensure minimum damage (blocks are provided to help you keep your pitch tidy).
  • Strictly no fires- if you wish to use a raised fire pit permission must be sought from the management beforehand.
  • Exercise dogs off the site (there are many places in which to do this). Dogs must be under control at all times and never allowed to wonder- even if your dog is friendly, others may not be! Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch.
  • We would like you to recycle as much rubbish as possible using the bins provided. Please note you must not leave broken tents and camping equipment after your stay.
  • Bikes and ball games are permitted, but consider other guests around you at all times.
  • Guests must seek permission at the time of booking for the use of a gazebo or other extension to ensure enough space is allocated. Any extra tents or gazebos which were not declared upon booking may be asked to be immediately removed.

All complaints will be taken seriously and any guests who do not respect these conditions will be asked to leave the site.

Thank you very much for your co-operation and adherence of our site conditions of use.
